Service Area
We ship to all U.S. states except Alaska (AK), Arkansas (AR), Louisiana (LA), New Hampshire (NH), Oregon (OR), South Carolina (SC), and West Virginia (WV).
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after prescription review and dispensing by the pharmacy.
The average shipping period is 4–12 business days. Shipping times may be affected if ordered items are in high demand or during holiday periods.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Please allow extra transit time for delivery.
If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Carrier and Packaging
All orders are shipped via UPS 2-Day with tracked, discreet packaging.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will typically become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
BPC-157.co is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs, taxes, and similar charges.
Damaged Shipments
bpc-157.co is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@meds.you
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
